Jordan Higgins is an experienced human-centered design engineer dedicated to helping national security, public sector, and industry leaders find innovative applications for emerging technologies.

With a focus on high-stakes collaboration, Jordan specializes in planning and leading high-impact workshops, tabletop exercises, and strategy offsites that drive product and service discovery. A certified Lego® Serious Play® facilitator, he is known for creating customized, immersive activities that leverage creativity and engaging gameplay to solve complex problems.

Outside of his consultancy work, Jordan serves as adjunct faculty at George Mason University, teaching design thinking and innovation strategy.

He holds a Master’s of Science degree in Management of IT from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and a Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design from George Mason University.
