The application period for the four open 2027 Vice Chair positions has closed. Applications for 2028 Vice Chair positions will open in summer 2027.
TACs are where most QED-C activities are initiated and implemented. TACs assess, report, and make recommendations on a variety of topics. Guided by the 2025–2028 Strategic Plan and the Steering Committee, TACs may develop programs that address common industry needs. TACs may establish subcommittees or ad hoc project working groups to help accomplish these objectives.

Steering Committee members are elected to provide strategic guidance and represent member perspectives over a 3-year term. The Steering Committee ensures that QED-C’s strategic direction and technical priorities are aligned with industry needs, objectives, and emerging opportunities. This leadership body meets regularly to review: progress against the strategic plan, financial performance, and other business matters.
There is 1 large company seat and 1 small company seat available for the 2026 election cycle.

The QED-C Steering Committee provides strategic guidance and ensures that member perspectives shape the QED-C’s direction and priorities. This leadership body meets regularly to review progress, approve new members and initiatives, and represents the diversity of the QED-C membership.

TACs are the engine of QED-C’s work—engaging members, developing programs to identify and address gaps, and informing national strategies. Each TAC receives an annual budget and may establish subcommittees or working groups to drive impact. This is a two-year term. Vice Chairs serve in 2026 and transition to Chair in 2027, supporting QED-C’s mission to grow the quantum economy through community building and collaboration.
