Harry Munroe is an engagement leader and quantum ambassador at IBM, where he helps government and commercial organizations harness emerging technologies to improve health outcomes and public services. 

Over his tenure at IBM, Harry has held diverse roles spanning consulting, sales, technology partnerships, and strategy. He has led global technology rollouts, designed user-centered healthcare experiences, and shaped IBM’s healthcare strategy through market research and innovation.

Harry holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University and a Master of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He is a member of the Delta Omega Honorary Society and has contributed to public health research on air quality, hospital data modeling, and food systems. Outside of work, Harry enjoys singing, reading, and spending time outdoors.
