This workshop brings together leaders in healthcare technology with experts in quantum networking and quantum computing to explore practical challenges and emerging solutions for protecting and sharing medical data.

What to Expect

Through guided discussions and hands-on collaborative sessions, participants will work together to:

  • Gain a clear view of today’s landscape, including key organizations, certification bodies, and the standards shaping quantum adoption in healthcare.
  • Examine both quantum and classical approaches that could strengthen the privacy and security of medical data—such as homomorphic encryption and hybrid system designs.
  • Contribute to defining a reference architecture that integrates quantum key distribution (QKD) and post-quantum cryptography (PQC) for use in medical records, clinical research, device data, and secure data exchange.
  • Establish approachable pathways for healthcare organizations to understand and engage with quantum technologies.

Why Attend

  • Network with experts and peers across healthcare, cybersecurity, and quantum technology.
  • Collaborate on identifying opportunities, gaps, and next steps that will inform a published post-workshop report.
  • Enjoy a catered lunch, refreshments, and a day of meaningful conversation.
