Scott Buchholz

Scott Buchholz is the Global Lead for Quantum Computing at Deloitte.  In that role, he is responsible for coordinating efforts to explore the applications of quantum computers and quantum technologies, coordinating with vendor partner organizations, demystifying the topic of quantum computers to business and technology executives, and overseeing Deloitte’s overall strategy and investments in the quantum space.​ A strategic thinker and visionary, he helps leaders and organizations transform the way they operate through technology. With three decades of experience in enterprise technology innovation and implementation, he brings deep experience from software development to technical architecture to modernization across of a wide range of legacy and emerging technologies.  His previous roles have included leading emerging technology research and Deloitte’s annual Tech Trends report, Deloitte’s flagship research which identifies global trends that are likely to disrupt enterprises in the next 18 to 24 months.

Tom Patterson

Tom Patterson leads Cyber Next, Accenture’s Emerging Technology Security business. Leading Quantum, Space, and SubSea Security, and an active contributor to AI and Robotics Security. Tom leverages these emerging technologies– assisting governments, companies and organizations seeking to defend and prosper amid the disruption and opportunity this decade is bringing in the technology we use to compute, communicate, and decision. Tom was a founding Senior Fellow at Auburn University’s Center for Homeland Security for five years, a founding CEO, Chief Trust Officer, CISO, Chief Strategist, big four Partner, board member, and run multi-hundred-million-dollar security business units in both products and services. Tom also supported the White House’s NSTAC as the co-chair of their Cyber Moonshot working group which created a whole-of-nation plan to make the Internet safe and secure for critical infrastructure, and contributed to a range of Presidential reports including zero trust, IT/OT security, resilience, and global standards.

Rob Schill

Robert Schill has 25+ years of policy, political, and legal experience, with breakthrough policy wins on behalf of technology, telecommunications, software, and data companies, opening markets and opportunities for emerging and developing technologies. A veteran of Capitol Hill and a graduate of the George Washington University Law School, Mr. Schill successfully positions companies in our increasingly interconnected and quantum-powered world. He is now President of the Quantum Policy Group (“QPG”), which focuses on policy issues and business development opportunities enabling the growth of the emerging quantum economy.

Keeper Sharkey

Dr. Keeper L. Sharkey is the Founder & CEO of ODE L3C, a social enterprise advancing quantum technologies for chemistry, cybersecurity, and critical infrastructure. Recognized as one of the Quantum.Tech Hot 10 Most Influential Figures in Quantum Technologies (2025), she is also the author of Quantum Chemistry and Computing for the Curious, named by Book Authority as one of the Top 10 chemistry books of all time. With nearly two decades of experience in quantum research, entrepreneurship, and cross-sector collaboration, she has served in leadership roles with InfraGard, IEEE, and QED-C, helping to bridge science, security, and industry impact.

Ashmini Weerakoon

Ashmini Weerakoon is a consultant with experience in Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence and, Full Stack Mobile Software Development. She joined Ernst & Young in August 2022 and has worked with 5+ Fortune 500 companies and several internal initiatives across the firm. Currently, she helps lead GTM & Strategy at EY’s Quantum Lab. She holds two degrees in Computer Science and in Biology with a concentration in Bioinformatics from Boston College and most recently, a Qiskit 2025 Badge of Excellence from IBM.

Bob Wold

Bob Wold is the CEO of Quantum Rings and a longtime technology leader with a 25-year track record of turning emerging technologies into real-world solutions. He began his career at a tech startup in the late ’90s, which was later acquired and has since brought a lean, product-focused mindset into large enterprises. Most recently, Bob served as Vice President of Technology Innovation at Trimble Inc., where he led company-wide innovation and technology strategy. Now back in the startup world, Bob co-founded Quantum Rings to help enterprises take practical steps toward quantum computing readiness—starting today.
