Quantum Law TAC monthly meeting

This joint meeting of the Quantum Law & Quantum for National Security TACs features high-level remarks from Andrew Grotto of Stanford University on the intersection of national security and industrial policy. Andrew previously held various government positions at Dept of Commerce, NSC and Senate Intelligence Committee. He has a background in cyber policy, HPC and national security in general. He is also interested in export control and industrial policies writ large and held a workshop on export control recently.
