Quantum Semiconductor is developing new types of CMOS-compatible Group IV superlattices, some possessing direct bandgaps and others having topological properties; as well as novel CMOS-based heterojunction photo-diodes with large internal gain. Both may be suitable for quantum computing and sensing applications.
