Krystal Bouverot has more than 15 years of experience in strategic and operational support for the U.S. federal government, non-profit organizations, and private sector companies. Most recently at SRI International Ms. Bouverot supported the Quantum Economic Development Consortium (QED-C) via a variety of initiatives, most notably helping to establish and maintain the Quantum MarketplaceTM, which facilitates connections between producers and consumers of quantum technology. Supporting SRI’s Center for Innovation, Strategy, and Policy (CISP), Ms. Bouverot led several program evaluation-oriented projects for the Department of Energy and the National Science Foundation. She also coordinated and facilitated several multi-day workshops among external project stakeholders for both QED-C and CISP. Previously, while Head of Operations for Labor Solutions, Ms. Bouverot led projects utilizing proprietary mobile applications to connect global companies with their factory workforce and to empower workers through e-learning and information sharing. She oversaw development processes and established systems to monitor and communicate project progress and client implications across multiple internal teams. Ms. Bouverot also served as the Head of Innovation for Labor Solutions, guiding the pursuit of new products and services based on user feedback, competitor analysis, and internal interests. Previously, she worked at Elevate where she implemented mobile surveys and information blasts among factory workers regarding human rights issues, collected and analyzed data, and piloted new technology, such as mobile telepresence. Ms. Bouverot has also advised and managed projects for a sanitation-focused social enterprise in Kumasi, Ghana, and provided process analysis and recommendations for U.S. federal agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement, U.S. Marshals, and the Defense Logistics Agency of the Department of Defense.
