Anish Giri

Anish Giri is a rising senior at Vanderbilt University, majoring in Computer Science, Physics, and Mathematics. With his coding skills combined with Physics intuition and mathematical problem-solving ability, he finds himself deeply lured by the realms of quantum computing, a field he wants to pursue as a career. As a Qiskit Advocate and co-founder and co-lead of Vanderbilt’s The Wond’ry Quantum Studio, Anish has worked on expanding Quantum literacy across the campus by co-instructing an eight-month course on introductory quantum computing and by launching various short-term programs. Within Quantum Computing, he is interested in Quantum algorithms and complexity problems. Anish is looking forward to a great experience working with talented minds at QED-C.
