Eric Imhof

Dr. Eric Imhof is a physicist at Northrop Grumman, which is a founding member of QED-C and the Q4NS TAC. Dr. Imhof leads NG’s substantial investment in quantum sensing, as well as several government-funded development projects.  Through these efforts, he maintains strong working relationships throughout the defense, government, academic, and industrial communities. He remains an active research contributor, with recent publications in Journal of Applied Physics, Physical Review A, and Physical Review Applied. Dr. Imhof received his PhD from the Air Force Institute of Technology. Prior to joining NG, he worked with the Air Force Research Laboratory and the Space Dynamics Laboratory, the University-Affiliated Research Center of the Missile Defense Agency.
